How Can I Serve?

If you live to worship and love to help others do the same there’s many ways you could be involved! The worship ministry follows the school calendar however new participants are always welcome. For more information regarding Worship Ministry contact Pastor Craig.

Adult Praise Choir

This group is open to anyone (grade 7 and up) who desires to use their voice to help lead the congregation in worship. The Praise Choir practices and participates in services regularly.

Ministry Pool

If you would like to be a part of a worship team but are unable to participate regularly this is for you. Members of the ministry pool participate as their schedule matches with the needs of the worship teams. This is a great way for new people to get involved!

Worship Teams

Teams consisting of both musicians (vocal and instrumental) and technicians (audio & video) give leadership to the opportunities we have to worship through music. Worship Teams practice and participate in services regularly.

Technicians

Audio and video technicians are as important in leading worship as those on the platform. Training is available if you would like to serve in this way.

Ushers & Greeters

Our ushers and greeters play a vital part in our worship services. They help welcome all as part of our church family and assist those unfamiliar with our facilities to know where things are.

Decorating

While looking at the ornate paintings and sculptures in a church the comment was made, “the purpose is to distract people’s attention towards God”. Would you like to help “distract us towards God”?

Video / PowerPoint

Video / PowerPoint is a form of communication that we are using more in our services. Some of the ways people can be involved are: video recording and production, video selection and PowerPoint production.

Drama

At present we do not have a drama team in place. We’d love to hear from you if writing, acting or directing dramas is your passion.
